so tired..today my class had NAPFA except me cox of my injury's not yet healed..haha about 3 or 4 weeks more before i can run.. and im stucked with de ankle guard for next few weeks.. zzz

my class got 1st for 12 x 100m, winning at 2min 37secs..hahaa but it was with much sacrifice..hassan's feet got ulcers n blood..and de basketball game after running, i got my ankle broken..a dislocated ankle, good day..
